TOEFL Exam

Today, i just accomplished TOEFL exam. Actually, this is not the first time for me to take the test. About 2 years ago, i ever took the same test and the score i get just 517. In last two years, actually i do some activities that relates to English practice, Ex. Reading English articles. But, i am not sure that i will get better score than before. :(

Have you ever taken TOEFL exam? If you say yes, some of you will agree with me that this test will make you bit stress. Before proceeding this article, I wanna say this article is not discussing tips to face TOEFL. If you want to get good tips for TOEFL, you should read Baron TOEFL's preparation. It such a good book.

If you have mastered Baron's book, the other thing you must do is to prepare your physics. Is there any relationship between TOEFL and our physics? To me, it has very strength connection. When we take this test, we must be fully concerned along the test. Consist of 3 section, TOEFL will spend totally 2 hours for 140 questions. So, we must finish each question in 51 seconds. There is no a little time to relax, we must keep reading, understanding the question, and choosing the best answer. In listening section, if you lost your concentration even for a while, you will miss that question. So, before taking the test, make sure that your health is okay. Besides, you must optimize your quality of sleep.

The other preparation we must do is to make a real simulation for the test. The real simulation means that you must try to practice all of section question in 2 hours. You can do the real simulation at least 3 times before facing the real "hell" test.

Beberapa hari yang lalu gw dapat tugas dari kampus untuk ngereview Jurnal tentang “ Who Change Course? The Role of Domain Knowledge and Novel Framing in Making Technology Changes ” dari sudut pandang Change Organization. Personally, gw tertarik dengar artikel ini karena this case is often happened around us. Dari Jurnal tersebut , disampaikan mengenai bagaimana pengaruh Insider dan Outsider terhadap perubahan. Insider merupakan SDM internal perusahaan yang memiliki pemahaman sangat baik terhadap kondisi perusahaan baik dari sisi strength maupun weakness sedangkan outsider merupakan pihak eksternal yang memiliki perspektif berbeda dan pengalaman berbeda dari perusahaan itu sendiri. Insider orang yang mengetahui lebih baik kondisi perusahaan tentu akan mengetahui perubahan apa yang akan dilakukan untuk memperbaiki perusahaan. Sedangkan insider, orang yang memiliki perspektif berbeda tentu akan memiliki cara pandang yang lebih banyak dibandingkan dengan insider dalam melaku...

Inside & Outside the Box

Apakah lu pernah jadi saksi atau pelaku dari suatu pemecahan masalah dengan cara berfikir baru dan berbeda dari pada umumnya? Idul Fitri 2018

Happy Eid Mubarak, 1 Syawal 1439H. Let us forget our mistake in the past. May the blessing of Allah keep our mind and soul peaceful and joyful. Lebaran in this year contrast clearly with the same celebration in the last year. First, this is the first year I celebrate this moment as a husband. I am so happy because I am not anxious about the common question of “When will you get married?”.
